Healthy Paws is Great
Our puppy developed severe pneumonia and bronchitis from a cold that was going around his camp. It was a very stressful time as he had to be hospitalized. Having Healthy Paws insurance, we didn't have to worry about making sure he had the necessary medical care and they covered everything! The claims were processed in about two weeks and filing a claim could not be easier. Uploading photos on the app of the invoice took no time at all. They even checked in to see how he was feeling!

Nationwide is on my side!
Nationwide paid our cat's 2 surgery claims with an online claims payment within 2 weeks of the procedure. Cant say enough about the process, so professionally done. I have told all my friends who are pet owners and they are getting Nationwide on their side too!

Easy to Navigate Claims
Their website makes it incredibly easy to submit a claim and, if one wants, track claims that have been submitted but not yet awarded. Awarding claims goes smoothly, usually in a few weeks. My only issue is that I feel that the amount reimbursed could be higher given the amount of the monthly premiums. But, I suspect that's going to be the case with all companies (both nonhuman and human insurance companies). I have no plans on switching because, for the most part, ASPCA is doing a great job.

Easy claim process and response time to settle
Filing a claim though the phone app couldn't be any easier. The response time was excellent and I received a personal call the day after the claim was settled to ask about Dexter's condition. I am very happy with the quality of service and will continue using this insurance.

Great insurance for pets, turnover of a claim is excellent
We have had this insurance on all 3 of our dogs, sadly 2 have passed on, but the response time for claims is excellent. You can go on line into your account and find all the information on your pet and the status of your claim. Keep up the good work. We have even referred others to this insurance company and the feedback we get is they are just as happy as we are..

Henry, our Goldendoodle, is 20 months old and we have had him insured since his being 6 weeks old. Snoppy is alive again!
Snoopy is 12 1/2 years old and any illness is serious at her age. Unfortunately, she had a very large abcess above 2 of her upper molars that had to be removed or I would have lost her from the infection. I held my breathe while doing surgery on a dog of this age but she made it with flying colors and is back to her old wonderful self. It really helped to have help with the cost of the procedure. Thank you.

Happy with service
Had to take my puppy to emergency vet on Sunday as she threw up and was very uncomfortable. Submitted claim and was reimbursed for all costs in a timely manner.
