Have never had an issue since
Have never had an issue since the beginning. Have had it for 5 years now and unfortunately my dog has had many health issues. Trupanion has allowed me to take the best possible care of my dog and given him the best life I can give. I recommend trupanion to every single person I 'meet with a dog (I'm not joking). I will never get a pet again without insurance. My claims have always been processed quickly without a single issue.

Turn around time is satisfying
I have not had a bad experience with Trupanion since joining 6 years ago. I do not do direct deposit and I received a cheque the fastest I have ever this past time. Turn around time from submitting the claim until receiving the cheque was very satisfying.
