It's amazing how seamless claim submittal works with Trupanion. My vet sends in the claim and within 24-48 hours, I receive notice with an explanation of any deductibles and what will be paid. Wish my health insurance worked this way!

Wonderful claims service.
Your claims service is wonderful. I can submit a claim and within 5 days I have payment. Cooper was a rescue from the south. He has had a colonoscopy and endoscopy to determine that he basically has IBS for dogs. The service provided to me from Pet's Best made a bad situation better. Cooper is now happy and healthy!
