Claims process and website needs some adjustment
Navigating any insurance company and the claims process takes time and feels as though there were a lot of issues along the way. If you are in the business of customer care, please take the time to review the process for a new customer to submit a claim, navigate the different systems and apps to get payment. For example, you provide an easy way to submit the receipts on an app, but it is a 3rd party app and required me to make 2 calls to get it set up properly. I have never had to call for help to set up an app before! And the Nationwide rep wouldn't help me at all - but referred me to the 3rd party. Then payment comes from Chase online, which was another set up of an account, linking to my bank, etc. Once all of that is set up, things work. But goodness it is a LOT of work to get it to that point. And now I have to someone remember all of this for the next claim that may not come for several months.

Nationwide Pet Insurance is wonderful

I've had VPI/Nationwide insurance on my dogs for the last 15 - 17 years. It has been a comfort to know if they have to have any kind of vet visit that there isn't a financial concern to obtain the best care possible for them.

Healthy Paws is 100% worth it!
I can't say enough good things about healthy paws! My parents told me to get pet insurance when I got my first dog and boy am I glad I listened to them! Healthy Paws has been a lifesaver for both of my dogs with unforeseen incidents/medical procedures. Healthy Paws makes it so easy to upload documents.
