great prompt service and claims processing
been with them for many years. KC had some serious problems after attack by unknown predator---survived and ran up the bills---claims were paid according to my policy---fast. lately just had a buch of cold laser treatments for her and again paid within days of submitting several bills. they are not cheap as KC gets older but their coverage for her and payments when problems occur have been great. Have to recommend with no reservations

Be aware of “pre-existing conditions” that never existed!
My Golden Retriever, age 8, never had a health problem before 10/01/18, when she collapsed and died and gained consciousness after CPR was preformed. She was diagnosed with Dialated Cardiomyopathy and accumulated around $5,000 in vet bills over the past month. Pet’s Best is calling this a pre-existing condition, which is rather funny considering she never had any sign/symptom of it, and if we knew about it, we would have treated it long ago. It took the company 26 days to make this decision. I am left with the feeling that, because the claim was so large, Pet’s Best would have done anything to deny it. Now I will have to go through whatever appeal process and I don’t have great expectations for the overturning of the decision, based on Pet’s Best service to date. I will likely cancel coverage for all three of my dogs and transfer to another company.

You need to revise how you evaluate claims
The only reason I didn’t give this 1 star is because of the customer service I received before our pets surgery. They paid out his claim based on a generic list of injuries. Our little guy had to see a specialist for his fracture surgery, but because of his treatment, we were only paid out for a regular fracture. Which wasn’t what he had. Don’t get me wrong, what we got paid out is better than nothing, but not what it should have been. This is the only thing I have to judge nationwide by hence the low rating. Maybe in the future things will go better for us if the need arises to make a claim.

FIGO is a SCAM insurance company
company takes your money and when you file a claim they reject it. Do not waste your time with this company. what a mistake i made going with them because now i will have to put my pointer to sleep and she is only a year and a half old.

Pets Best paid for itself the first year I had it for my lab-mix, Sam. Submitting claims is easy and the feedback on submitted claims is predictable. They never try to avoid covering visits/procedures that they should cover based on my plan.

Our Lab, Cody, has allergies. We have a monthly prescription for allergy medicine that receives benefit from Pets Best. We process as needed and the claim is followed thru seamlessly by the Pets Best Team. Thank you!!

Super easy and prompt claims process.
Super easy to file claim and got an immediate response. Bandit started limping and I thought he had just tweaked a leg while playing at beach Turns out his knee popped out and wouldn't get better, and would cause damage to his ligaments if not repaired. Let's Best insurance made it possible to have the surgery done and now he is the happiest little dog ever. Thanks for the easy claims process and quick responses. I wish my own health insurance was so good to work with
