I am amazed at how quickly my wellness claim was processed and my reimbursement received! I never dreamed it would all be handled so quickly! Healthypaws allows you to remove financial consideration from critical care for your pet
I have had Healthypaws on my dogs since I adopted them as puppies. Having this coverage is something you hope you NEVER have to use but when you need it, having it can mean that you can remove financial concerns as a factor in if your loved one lives or dies. One of my pups became very ill and if it wasn't for Healthypaws I am not sure if I would have been able to remove the financial burden from decisions about care. I am forever grateful to Healthypaws for that.

So worth it!
My cat recently has had health issues and the whole process of submitting the claims was super easy. Anything was processed so timely that o had three funds in my account before my credit card payment was due. Very happy with this service!

Routine claims take too long to turn around
First I just want to say that I have been very happy with Trupanion. Having said that there is one area where I think improvement could be made. I file a claim every month for arthritis medications for my dog and I have been for over a year. It is always the same three products from the same sources although sometimes the prices change. It currently is taking about a week for these claims to get processed and the funds to be deposited in my account. It would be nice if that could be reduced, I understand first time claims and large complicated medical procedure claims taking longer but it seems these routine claims could be handled better and faster.

This is what insurance should be. I can't say enough how grateful I am that my best friend recommended healthypaws to me and I signed my dog up.
