Only took a week
Uploaded my pets receipt, received a response on payment 3 days latter. Payment hit bank account 4 days latter (weekend). Whole process took a week from the time I submitted claim until payment received in bank.

I recently found out on a routine Vet visit that my dog has heart disease. After seeing a cardiologist, she is on three different medications. My dog has occasional difficulty breathing. Cardiologist gave us a prescription for Canine oxygen. I bought the oxygen, the mask and the regulator to assist my dog when needed. My dog is not ready to leave us and when the time comes I will know . My claim for the oxygen was denied. Apparently it is not covered by the health insurance. Thank you

One less thing to worry about
I have my 5 dogs covered by Pets Best and any time they have needed medical attention due to illness or accidents, I have had the ability to get them the care they needed knowing that I would be able to access their plan benefits and the reimbursement would occur in a timely manner. It is one less thing for me to worry about when I am already stressed because of their distress.

Greatest Pet Insurance Company
I want the best insurance I can obtain for my pets and Nationwide is the best. I had a Gordon Setter who developed oral melanoma and the cost of treating her was astronomical and Nationwide was there with me at every turn. My little Shih Tzu recently had to have very expensive blood tests run and Nationwide was there to help considerably with that expense. I recommend to every dog owner I know that they carry pet insurance because if costly health issues arise what treatments you select may be cost based and if you have Nationwide you will be able to make the very best treatment decision for your beloved pet. Nationwide is a great company with great follow through, great customer service. I am a forever appreciative customer and have only words of praise for the peace of mind that they offer.

Worst News: hearing your dog has cancer. Best News: I can afford to have the needed surgery. Once again, you helped make following our vet's recommendation easy because cost was not a deciding factor. At a time when a pet owner is upset, scared and stressed, Embrace gave us the assurance that we could offer our pet the best of care. If that weren't enough, the claim was processed and checks issues within 8 DAYS of filing it!

Paid for 90% of my dog's CCL surgery
Embrace was a lifesaver when our dog tore his CCL and needed surgery. They paid for 90% of our bills and the deductible was only $350. I am so glad we use them! They also approved and paid our claims super fast and answered my questions as needed.
