Service deterioration
Over the past year, Nationwide's service has deteriorated. It took over two months to review a simple request to remove a pre-existing limitation when all that was necessary was to read a few pages of records to see that the condition had been gone for over 6 months. Also, it took over 30 days to process a simple claim for an antibiotic. Also, I am anticipating an unusually large increase in my premium.

Healthy Paws Helped Us with Our Pup's TPLO
Honestly, get your pet health insurance, ASAP. We love our dogs because they are family and the expense of making sure they receive the proper, high-quality care they need is VERY HIGH, especially in our case: major knee surgery. We were able to go to our trusted vet with peace of mind knowing our Opi was in good hands and that us (the humans) were taken care of as well.

You have been a Godsend through our ordeal with Zoey
We cannot thank you enough for the support and quick approval of Zoey’s condition. We were devastated to learn that our 7 month old baby had a life threatening condition and needed immediate care and surgery. With all of that obtaining the approval quickly was one huge hurdle for us. Zoey is now home after surgery and we are it day by day. Thank you Trupanion.

Does not cover much of any bill we have ever submitted. Very disappointing.
Again, we find it very disappointing how little we have ever gotten back. In NY, no vet is charging the amount covered that we have been able to find.

Nationwide is awesome!
Nationwide takes great care of my furbabies. I have two furbabies (Black Lab and German Shepherd) both are on the Nationwide Pet Insurance. I've never had any problems when submitting a claim for either one of my furbabies. Nationwide Pet Insurance is so easy to submit a claim and they reimbursed me for the vet bills in a very timely manner. I've recommended Nationwide to many of my animal lover friends, if they are looking for insurance for their pets. Pets need insurance too just like humans do! Thanks Nationwide.
