You guys are the absolute best.
You guys are the best. Filing a claim is always a breeze. You guys are always really speedy about getting payment back. And you are always very fair in reimbursement. I don't recommend anything as much as I recommend you guys. My dog is my everything, and I really appreciate how much care you put into your services.

Reimbursed as promised!
We just started with pet insurance when we got our puppy. Both dogs are covered but so far we have only used it for the puppy. We have been reimbursed as stated in our policy which is nice as it covers most of the cost of the next visit. Puppy visits can be expensive due to the fact that you have to go so often but I have been very pleased with the reimbursement.

Comprehensive pet care
I almost always recommend Nationwide as a pet insurance due to the comprehensive policy including well visits which is my favorite. The easy way I can do and get payment for my claims is excellent although I wish it could be faster. I really appreciate the customer service but they’re so good I have maybe only called and contacted once.

Excellent Pet Insurance!
Our pet has had to make some visits to the vet over the past year, and submitting claims has been so simple. Nationwide pet insurance has processed them efficiently and quickly, in my opinion. It takes a lot of the stress away.

Very good pet insurance
Trupanion really never disappoints. They have always paid out at least a portion of our claims when an illness was unexpected. Sometimes they even pay a lot more than expected, which is always nice. While they do not pay for annual visits and checkups, they do pay when it matters, which is when you are not prepared to dish out hundreds of bucks. Really great company and really great customer service.

I Filed My Claim On My Phone
For the first time, I downloaded the Pet's Best app and filed my claim on my iPhone. All I had to do was take pictures of my invoices from my cat's veterinarian. The claim was approved and paid in just about 3-4 days. The claim approved amount will be direct deposited into my bank account. It was easy and fast. I was highly pleased at the amount that I was reimbursed. I am very pleased with Pet's Best Insurance.

been using since my shepherds were puppies - now 9 and 10. only wish was that i familiarized myself with plans more in the beginning because now 1 dog is on the plan I love, the older one is not but I by the time I really looked into it she was inelligible. otherwise happy with the coverage and help
