My cat broke his hip and required surgery. I was worried the insurance process might be complicated or difficult. However Spot processed my reimbursement in a week. I just did a simple online form with my receipts. Spot requested the records. My reimbursement was direct deposited all in about a week. I was pleasantly surprised!

I want to sincerely thank Embrace for making a very stressful time much more manageable. My dog became extremely ill and had to be hospitalized, and the last thing I needed was a complicated claims process. Thankfully, submitting my claim was quick and easy. Every time I contacted customer service, they were polite, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions.
