I submitted a claim for my dog’s wellness visit on Monday and the claim was processed and the reimbursement was in my bank account by Wednesday. I had some issues at the beginning of my claim as medical records were twice sent by my vet but never received. And on a conference call with Michael and my vets office he confirmed he had received their email with records but then I received another email from you stating you still needed records. It finally got resolved but was a frustrating experience. But once they received the records my claim was processed very quickly. I’m happy with Spot
