Seem less and Helpful
It was seamless when submitting my claims. Also when I had to change my Zelle account they were helping me do that which made it easy.

Highly recommend!
I am very pleased with MetLife pet insurance. I just put in my first claim, and everyone was very helpful and available. They made the process go very smoothly, and I received reimbursement in one day! I highly recommend this company.

RUN, run far far away and never look back
I purchased pet insurance before bringing my puppy home, unexpectedly at 3 months of age she developed a cherry eye, the document processing department is extremely behind so instead of everyone communicating together I just get notification after notification that they need the complete medical history of a three month old dog. Everything I have from her three visits has been sent on 5 different occasions. And now I’m stuck because I can’t go to a new insurance company with better customer service, an easier app to function, or anything because of her eye and the fact that she have to have surgery on it. Run before thinking about embrace. Everyone told me this was the best and it’s not, it’s been a nightmare to say the least. I’ve been told by numerous people lately that after you file claims they will also raise your cost.

I enrolled my two healthy pets with…
I enrolled my two healthy pets with Fetch and scheduled their routine veterinary exam based on my understanding of the coverage. Unfortunately, the appointment occurred one day before the policy’s effective date, resulting in a denied claim of approximately $630. I understand that insurance policies have effective dates and waiting periods. My disappointment is not simply that the claim was denied it’s that when I explained the circumstances and asked whether there was any goodwill review or appeals process, I was repeatedly told there was no way to escalate the claim, no reconsideration process, and that even calling would not change the outcome. Had I known the policy would become effective the following day, I would have simply rescheduled the appointment by one day. My pets were healthy, and this was a routine veterinary visit not an attempt to obtain coverage for a known illness or pre-existing condition. While Fetch may have followed its policy, the lack of flexibility and the inability to have my situation reviewed left me feeling that customer service had no ability to advocate for customers. My first experience with Fetch has been disappointing, and I will be looking into other pet insurance options. I encourage anyone considering Fetch to pay very close attention to the policy’s effective date before scheduling any veterinary appointments, even routine wellness visits.

My cat became ill
My cat became ill, requiring bloodwork, ultrasound, X-rays and other diagnostics. Healthy Paws required records from the time she was a kitten to current day and she’s six years old despite being able to prove that she has been in excellent care for the last 5 years. I had to contact several veterinary offices to get these because we moved around a bit when I first adopted her. I still have not received compensation and has been almost a month since submitting my claim
