Fetch is really good at processing claims quickly & efficiently. The coverage we have for our dog covers so much, even more than we originally noted, such as dental cleanings. We are very pleased with your insurance. We have recommended your company to many of our dog owner friends.

Pet insure is a lifesaver financially
I’m so glad I have my pets insured through MetLife Pet. This year I had 3 pets who needed more than a routine check-up and two of them needed surgery. I got most of these expensive vet bills reimbursed through my pet insurance. MetLife Pet representatives are caring and very helpful.

Confusing Sign-Up, Great Support
My company offers nationwide pet insurance as a benefit. We were given a specific URL to visit as well as a number. I originally filled the form out online for the sake of convenience. However, I made a mistake so I had to call for adjustment. The representative over the phone told me that I should always call rather than attempting to sign up through the unique URL code. This needs to be explicitly stated. Feels untrustworthy that I could’ve been locked in at a different rate than what is presented online. The representative was great though. She really beared with me through the process and helped me submit a new claim form.
