No urgency and no communication
Unfortunately, I’ll be moving on with another insurance. Embrace has failed to help me with my claims. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and there has been no help. I had to contact the vets for information and have them send it over to embrace. However, even with that information, they still fail to complete my claim and this is going on to two months now.

Excellent Claims Experience and Fast Reimbursement
I recently submitted my first claim with Pumpkin Pet Insurance for my kitten, Donatello, and I had a great experience. The claims process was straightforward, communication was clear, and my claim was reviewed without any issues. My veterinary bill was around $127, and Pumpkin reimbursed approximately $95, which I felt was fair based on my policy. Receiving the reimbursement gave me peace of mind and reinforced that having pet insurance was a worthwhile decision. As a first-time pet owner, it's reassuring to know that when unexpected veterinary expenses come up, Pumpkin follows through on its coverage. Claims process is easy and payments are received within 2 or 3 days. I would make it 5 stars if they billed the clinic, directly, right at time of visit but Ive been quite satisfied overall. The monthly payments are more reasonable than other companies as well

Easy to file a claim. Payments were fast. I even had it go directly to my Care Credit card, which is great because that card is just for mr pets.

Typical sleazy insurance behavior
Vet had to put my dog under anesthesia to take care of an abscess on his tail. After the abscess procedure was done they offered to clean his teeth while he was out. Trupanion then only covered half of the anesthesia because it was used for another procedure even though it had already been required for the original covered procedure.
