"Somehow my dog got into poison or toxin and became very sick. The vet performed lab work and a regiment of liver recover vitamins and other prescription meds with follow up exam and labs. He is healthy and happy again. Pets Best covered almost everything after the deductible was met. The process was very easy, fast and simple, in my opinion. I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve been a loyal Healthy Paws customer for 13 and a half years—since the day I brought my puppy Bellah home. Over the years, I’ve paid thousands of dollars into this policy with the trust and belief that when the time came—especially in her final stages of life—Healthy Paws would be there for us. Instead, with no prior notice, Bellah’s monthly premium has been raised from $250 to nearly $800. At nearly 14 years old, with limited time left, my dog is being priced out of her coverage when she needs it most. I’ve called. I’ve waited. I’ve been hung up on. I’ve sat on hold for hours, only to speak to customer service reps who are either powerless or unwilling to help. Not a single person has shown any compassion or even attempted to work with me. I wasn’t expecting a miracle—but I did expect humanity. Bellah is not just a pet—she is family. And now, in what should be her most peaceful time, she is being made into a financial burden. After over a decade of loyalty, this is the treatment we’ve received: silence, indifference, and a quadrupled premium. Healthy Paws, this is not how we honor the animals who have given us their unconditional love. This is not dignity. This is not care. This is not right.

Efficient claim processing & compassionate service
I recently had a Sarcoma surgically removed from my dog. The insurance company had my pre-approval done in less than 24hrs and my claim was processed in under 6 business days! Having the money paid out so quickly (similar to the past 10 yrs) has allowed me to establish a very trusting relationship with my vet clinic and peace of mind!! Thank you!!

Healthy paws are excellent!

This has got to be the clumsiest, most expensive dog I have ever owned, but I am so thankful I had the foresight to get him pet insurance as a puppy. Pets Best has been there for us every step of the way, and I am so incredibly thankful to have a policy that covers all of Jasper's needs. Never once have I had to worry that we wouldn't be able to take care or him or that his claims wouldn't be covered - I recommend Pets Best to all my friends and family for their own pets needs. It really has been a life saver - MULTIPLE TIMES!

I adopted a shelter puppy. I read good reviews for Pets Best Best insurance. They have been great with easy claims, quick payments and great coverage.
So far, so good....
Recently adopted a cat and two kittens. Purchased insurance through Pets Best for all three. Submitted one claim so far. Received a timely response and approval. Website is easy to navigate, user friendly, can easily add pets, change policy or submit claims. Satisfied and would recommend based on my experience so far.
