SCAMMMMM!!!!! I will start this by saying I've had this insurance since 2015, when I first got Biscuit. They start you off with a decent rate but don't be fooled. The rate increases are often and expensive. They take more money but don't offer better coverage or more coverage. It went from $30 a month to now over $100 a month. Yet there are still many things they don't cover and they will fault you if your vet doesn't give them all forms from the visit. I used to be able to just send the invoice but now they want all the paperwork from your vet specifically. So basically charging you way more than they should and rejecting claims for no reason.

I haven't had pet insurance in many years but since I recently retired, I thought it would be a good idea to cover my new Great Dane. I am impressed with Trupanion & how quickly they review claims and the fact that they can directly pay the vet while I am standing at the counter waiting to check out is beyond helpful!
