This is the second year that I have had this insurance and find now that with the deductible there is really no benefit compared to other pet insurances. Lot better plans that cover pet needs. Most likely will not renew with this plan next year and go with another plan

Pumpkin has always been quick to pay…
Pumpkin has always been quick to pay claims. They have never denied a covered procedure. My only complaint would be the premium increase at every renewal is beginning to make it more expensive than I would like. Having said that, it was still my choice to renew again this year.

My little Kobe injured his back and had to be seen at the vet. Luckily it was minor and he is back to 100%. Having him covered with Pets Best gives me peace of mind knowing that his medical costs will be covered and we will get a quick reimbursement.
