Explanation of benefits are always easy to understand and when I’ve called with a question they were kind, easy to understand in their response and made sense. Claims are easy to processed, reviewed quickly and paid timely when applicable.

During this really difficult time, the ease of filing a claim with Trupanion has made things so much easier. I don't have to worry about having funds tied up in the claims process for weeks. The payout is almost immediate which gives me the peace of mind of knowing I don't have to worry about whether I can afford treatment for my boy.
