Extremely pleased!
I have had insurance with Embrace for approximately eight years for my English Mastiff and am beyond happy with the service I have received. Claims are reviewed and completed quickly. Communication is very good and the staff is great!

I have only had the insurance a few months, as my puppy is 6 months old. Trupanion has covered a good amount of my claims and they have been very prompt with payments. The only negative I have is that at my first visit to the vet, I mentioned several things to the vet that are typical for puppies (she was only 11 weeks old and I had not had her very long). (eating, drinking too fast, scratching) From the vet's notes, Trupanion indicated allergies and digestive issues would not be covered, as they were pre-existing conditions. These were not "conditions" and my pup was never diagnosed with anything as a result of my just asking new doggie mom questions to my vet. So I think it is unfair to indicate certain things would not be covered without a formal diagnosis. However, there was an ear infection that they denied (stating this was related to allergies and was a pre-existing condition) and I appealed it, and with clarification from my vet that there was no diagnosis of allergies, Trupanian ended up paying the claim. I was grateful but feel that it was a hassle having to appeal and ear infection in a puppy. Overall though, I have been happy with the insurance. I would definitely recommend it.

Very quick claim reimbursement every time i submit a claim.
My 4 yr old labrador retriever has had several health issues. Broken ankle, allergies and now Addisons disease. Healthy Paws has been my partner in helping my wonderful dog Shine get the best care possible.. I submit a claim and in 2 days the money is in my checking account. I recommend Healthy Paws to anyone looking for insurance for their pet.

An honest insurance company
Buying the insurance with Trupanion is a good investment and is worth to pay for. Most of the pet insurance companies out there have limited payout, from 3k to 5k per year, for the same amount of monthly payment with Trupanion. Any claim about greater than that has to come out of the human pockets. Trupanion has unlimited cover. My dog was sick multiple times and Trupanion covered all the procedures that listed in the policy. The claims were processed quickly with automatic claim service. It is the same procedure when you pay for human hospital treatment with Medicare or health care insurance. I rarely write good reviews for any company; mostly I leave bad reviewS. I am honor to be a member of Trupanion.

Highly recommended insurance for your furry ones!
So glad I purchased this insurance. They were highly recommended by others. My young puppy got salmon poisoning which resulted in several visits to the Vet and an overnight stay in the hospital. Very costly and stressful. It was very easy to submit the claim online and I received reimbursement quickly. So worth it, and they even followed up with me to see how my puppy was doing. A+++
