Finally, good customer service
Good customer service is almost non-existent these days. It's unfortunate but true. Not the case with Healthy Paws. The process of signing up, was a piece of cake. Once signed up, they send emails that are short and to the point. When I needed to file a claim, it was easy. They have an online portal and an app. Both are easy to use, intuitive and don't require a bunch of hoops. They review claims immediately, it's surprising how fast. They pay out just as fast and their statements are easy to read. Our dog got pretty sick and the bills added up. I was afraid they would find sa loophole or reason not to pay and that simply was not the case. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone looking for pet insurance.

Not happy.
Not happy about several things. Poor communication, attitude, coverage, record keeping, etc. Happier before changes concerning payment method.

Easy Enrollment
Enrollment was easy and rep very helpful. Explained everything. But I cannot tell if I would recommend Trupanion until I actually have to use it.

Quick payment-very helpful
They were very helpful with a pre-approval claim for a prescription and once we had the paid claim they were very prompt about paying it.
