Superior claim service and user friendly site.
My puppy Peppa had a severe urinary track infection that required a hospitalization for further testing. The hospital bill was quite large. I was able to submit the claim easily through the website and receive payment expeditiously. The site was easy to navigate and had enough information to keep me apprised of the status of my claim. The claim representatives were also very helpful and at all time displayed true concern for the well being of my puppy as well as a desire to have the claim resolved in a satisfactory manner.

Best Pet Insurance Provider Ever!
We are very happy with our choice of Nationwide as our pet insurance provider. We have had our two pugs with them since 12 weeks old and now they are 9-1/2. Always processes claims quickly with notification that claim has been received, it's in process and the EOB are sent via email to keep us updated. Checks aren't too far behind in the mail!!! Thank you for helping us take care of our furbabies and their health needs! P.S. - We have referred people to Nationwide for their pet insurance needs.

WOW! A pet insurance plan that actually covers what it says it will!
After paying for an insurance plan for two years that was 20% more expensive, and never ever ONCE reimbursed us for any illnesses or injuries, I am extremely pleased with Bailey's Nationwide Pet Insurance Plan. The plan is easy to use, forms are clear cut and simple, submitting claims is a breeze. After meeting our initial deductible of $250.00, we have been reimbursed for 90% of our expenses, no muss no fuss!
