SOPA NOTES AND PRE EXISTING CONDITION.
THE SOAP NOTES FOR EACH ITEM I CLAIM ARE SOOOO FRUSTRATING. THE DR'S DON'T NOTATE EVERYTHING, THEN IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE STAFF TO SEND THEM VIA EMAIL. IF THERE IS AN INVOICE FOR MEDS THEN THERE IS A REASON FOR THEM....PLEASE STOP WITH THE SOAP NOTES. AND PRE EXISTING CONDITION... ON CAT HAS AN ALERGY THAT NEEDS MEDICINE SHE WAS ONLY 1 WHEN I SIGNED HER UP I HAD JUST RECEIVED A DIAGNOSES BEFORE I SIGNED UP FOR INSC SO I CAN NEVER GET REFUNDED FOR THAT EXPENSIVE MEDICINE. DATE OF EXPERIENCE IS THE LAST 3 YEARS I HAVE HAD INSURANCE.

Your team requested the SOAP notes but when it was provided by me, the VET wrote down on the SOAP notes that they provided it already to you before your request. Outside of that - no issues. Friendly people.
