Skeptic no longer
We were initially skeptical that pet insurance would even be worth it for our beagle, but when she needed to have emergency bladder surgery to remove stones, we were glad we had it. Claim was extremely easy and took about 5 minutes to fill out. We never felt like they were trying to short change us. We'll definitely remain loyal customers.

Trupanion has been so supportive during the process of a very difficult time with me regarding Ashes. It is still difficult to comprehend that my baby is longer with me. Every time I called they were always so understanding and kind even with all the tears that were pouring out of my eyes. Today as I got home I received a card from Trupanion send Ashes well wishes which means so much unfortunately the outcome was grave. Thank you so much from me and from ASHES (from the rainbow bridge). I miss him so RIP

I’m very thankful for Embrace!
Overall, I’m quite pleased with Embrace. Unfortunately, due to my dog’s illness, I use Embrace frequently. Every now and again my claims are marked as duplicates and I have to call to resolve it. It’s usually taken care of very quickly.
