Courteous and prompt claim processing. We have had Trupanion since we brought home our dog when he was 10 weeks old. He is now 9 years old. Whenever we had a claim Trupanion was great.

Outstanding Service
I have now used Nationwide Pet Insurance for the last three months and the service has been great. We have submitted multiple claims since we have two puppies and they required multiple shots and checkups at this early age, plus had them spayed and neutered. Submitting claims was very easy and fast. The only thing that does not earn the 10 rating is the length of time to process. But that is the only thing. Glad we purchased this affordable insurance for our dogs. Thank you Nationwide for offering this service.
