Our dog went through eye surgery, and pets best has helped us meet all of his medical expenses along his road to recovery. They pay as they said they would. Easy process to send in claims. Great coverage, and glad we found them years ago.

Pets Best is THE BEST!
Pets Best is the best pet insurance for my 3 year old AKC German Shepherd male dog! The coverage is good and claims are easy to file and if a refund is due the company explains clearly what IS or IS NOT covered and are fast in processing. My Shepherd began having seizures and all his blood work/MRI/ and current ongoing medications were/are covered under the plan I have after co pay if any is needed. I have used another pet insurance company with my other German Shepherds BUT I found Pets Best to be the BEST so for! :)
