Best thing I ever did for me and my Fur Children!
I "discovered" Trupanion through my Vet and at first I thought it was too good to be true....but, I thought if I get anything from it that something is better than nothing..my first claim was a $2,500 emergency vet bill several years ago....my cat had something called "phantom fever" and had to stay in the hospital for a few days. Needless to say - I would have been in big trouble if I did not have Trupanion...they reimbursed 90% of the total invoice to me....I was completely shocked in a very good way. Now the same cat has an intestinal issue needing a biopsy to establish an accurate diagnosis. The estimate came out to be approximately $2,600.00 - I also requested a 90% estimated return from Trupanion - I can not say enough good things about this company....the insurance is wonderful and worth every penny AND all the customer service representatives are knowledge and extremely courteous! Thank you so much Trupanion for all you do for me but more importantly for my fur children! Keep doing what you're doing!

Fast and caring service
Ease of claim submission and expeditiousness of reimbursement are only one part of this great service. The most important aspect is how much the staff cares about our pets and the issues afflicting them. Being part of the ASPCA makes this insurance service one that is finely tuned to the concerns and needs of pet parents, because they are pet lovers as well. This was especially true when our dog needed abdominal surgery to remove an obstruction. We were very focused on caring for him so an easy, worry free reimbursement was a wonderful way for us to focus our energy on the prompt recovery of our beloved pet.

Excellent & Caring!!
We have been with Embrace for about 3 years now and we are very happy with them! They currently provide coverage for our three fur babies. They are prompt in processing claims and quick to respond to clarification on a claim review. They are also very personable and caring. We recently lost our oldest fur baby and Embrace sent us a very thoughtful card hand signed by several of the Embrace staff. We thought it was a wonderful caring gesture on their part. It shows that we are not just a name in a data base which means alot.

Amazing
Switched to figo after seeing their ad at our local vet. Immediatly felt like this was the right place their customer service was top notch. Their claims have been fulfilled in less then 5 hrs and have been absolutley incredible. i recommend them to all my pet owner friends.

I am very nicely surprised to see how well and organized this insurance works. It took a little while (mainly because my vet did not respond in a timely manner) but I got the checks in the mail, and also a phone call to make sure I was satisfied.

ASPCA Pet Health Insurance has been a tremendous source of support for me in caring for my precious cat. ASPCA representatives are always very friendly and very helpful whenever I call with a question or a request. They always ask about my cat first and foremost and I always appreciate their concern and compassion. I also appreciate the time and effort they always take to explain their services, plans, prices, and just anything in general. In addition, I am always kept updated when it is time to reevaluate my plan, so as to ensure I am continuing to receive the most comprehensive, yet economical, coverage for my cat as he gets older. ASPCA provides me with much comfort knowing I can take care of my cat's needs and I can do so with a peace of mind that enables me to completely focus on the priority of ensuring my cat is always receiving the care he needs and deserves. As long as I am lucky enough to be a pet parent, I will always have ASPCA Pet Health Insurance too.
