They care about my dogs!
I've had this company for a few years now and, aside from the fact that they cover a LOT, the people are about my dogs. They've called to check on them and even sent a sympathy card when we had Rocky sent to the Bridge. That personal touch means a lot.

Best decision I made!
The day I called to inquire about their policy I was overly impressed by the customer service from their representative. This, combined with my extensive research on the various policies available, is what made me choose Pets Plus Us over the competitors. I have since processed various claims due to my puppy being attacked; each time I contact them, I am overwhelmed with their support, empathy and willingness to ensure I get the best coverage possible for my furbaby. You guys really do care.
You guys really do care. I've called several times lately so you know how difficult it's been for us. thank you so much for the card that came today. It was personalized just for our baby Rover with best wishes for healing vibes and lots of love. We put kibbles in the envelope so Rover could feel like it really was his card. That was very sweet and very sincere. Thank you!
