Great Pet Insurance!
I wish the turnaround time was a little quicker to receive reimbursement, but besides that this insurance has been great! I've had no issues with claims, love the app through VitusVet, and customer service is always helpful!

Great experience so far!
Super easy process and quick turnaround on the claim results. I totally appreciate that I'm kept in the loop on the status as well. I honestly wasn't sure if I would regret paying for insurance because I had this idea that all of my claims would be denied but this has been a great experience so far!! Thanks so much!

All I can say it is a very easy process
All I can say it is a very easy process to upload vet bills and notes and wait for processing. I have used this company for over a year now and this last claim was processed the quickest yet maybe 2 - 3 days tops.
