Best insurance buy we have made!
I have never had pet insurance before and always was sorry that I didn't purchase it when we had a pup or a new younger dog. When we got Boji as a tiny pup I knew that I wouldn't make that mistake again! We are so happy that we went with Nationwide. They are truly concerned about our fur baby and have been very responsive and professional. Boji is going through a very concerning couple of health issues and Nationwide was sincerely and genuinely concerned about him. It was most appreciated!

ASPCA is the best pet insurance company. They make filing claims so easy and they don't make poor excuses or try to not pay out claims. They are fair and honest and I wouldn't hesitate to use them for your pet.

Honest-Compassionate-Professional TRUPANION
We have been a customer of Trupanion for many years, they have made it financially possible for us to care for our Lab who has serious allergies. He has required MUCH veterinary care and so many medications over this time. Trupanion has been a dream to work with - responsive, fair, extremely easy to work with, reliable and so supportive. If ever I have a question, during my communication with the representative, I always find myself expressing what wonderful people work for their company. Seriously, every one of them is so nice and a pleasure to speak with - you can tell they love working for this company and that says a lot about the organization. This company is stellar in EVERY way and I feel blessed having them on this journey with us - caring for our fragile fur baby.

Impossible service
I've had a policy with Healthy Paws for five years, paid about $3,500 in premiums, and had one small claim. Because of a banking SNAFU and an unannounced Healthy Paws premium increase, Healthy Paws was unable to electronically collect the monthly premium on my policy. Healthy Paws immediately notified me of cancellation of my policy - no warning, no outreach, no grace period. I corrected the banking SNAFU and tried to contact Healthy Paws ten times, some by phone and some by email, but without connecting, for over a week. No replies to email, and the outgoing phone message said they weren't answering phone calls because of a "weather event." They had the wherewithal to immediately cancel my policy, notwithstanding the "weather event," but not to respond to my inquiries about policy reinstatement. Enough! I'm canceling this policy that has been so lucrative for Healthy Paws, but which they cannot service with even minimal customer service.

User-friendly and great products
I've had a great experience so far with ASPCA Pet Insurance. Their web portal is great and easy to make claims or look up your policy. I've always had very helpful customer service representatives when ever I called. They also have a decent claim review turn time and they don't make you wait for payment.
