Love emailing claims; hate faxing re-submittals to EOBs
I am so happy that claims can be submitted easily via attaching a PDF to an email! Whether it does or not, I like to think that it speeds up the process. I reached an unfortunate point where I failed to submit a diagnosis for one item on an invoice and am needing to either fax or mail in my response. I do not have access to a copy machine that is hooked up to fax because it's somewhat of a lost art.. and snail mail just adds days to my submittal. I do wish I could just email it in the same way I file my claims, but going by the instruction from my EOB, these are the only options.

BEST INSURANCE I HAVE
I wish all insurance (human health, life, auto, home insurance) companies were as easy to work with as Trupanion. I have had dogs all my life but finally smartened up and made the extra investment of adding pet insurance to the cost of having a pet. It has been the best decision I have ever made for me and for my pet. The peace of mind of having insurance plus the ease of working with Trupanion has been remarkable. I wish my own health insurance was as reliable.

ASPCA Insurance...great service!
We decided to try ASPCA pet insurance on the recommendation of friends when we brought a new pup into our lives 3 years ago. Fortunately, our dog is young, healthy and active. However, he has gotten into a couple of situations that have required minor veterinary care beyond his annual wellness checks. ASPCA insurance has been wonderful at completing claims and sending reimbursements quickly. It is certainly a financial help and a comfort to work with such a responsible company. The after care phone calls to check in on our dog’s recovery process is also a plus!

So Far, So Good
