up until my last phone call i wasn't very pleased with Trupanion at all ...However on my last phone call I spoke with a representative of your company and I was extremely happy with her help. Her name is Natalie Constantine. I plan on asking for her in the future should I need help with my claim. If my experience with her remains as satisfied as I am now...I would love to raise my score.
