Incredible product and compassion
Trupanion is the only insurance product for animals or humans that I have ever had experience with that actually covers what it says it will without initial rejections and challenges. Every dog owner I encounter, I encourage them to get Trupanion insurance if they don’t already have it. Additionally, the representatives truly care. Thank you Trupanion.

Awesome and easy to use
Figo has already paid for itself when our dog had an unexpected injury. The app is so easy to use and claims are handled quickly. Anytime I've had a question they respond within a day or less. I couldn't be happier about our choice of Figo and I recommend it to others.

Usually I am happy with the process.
Usually I am happy with the process. This time our claim was denied and twice my veterinarian had to contact you to explain the situation. I called and also explained and it was quite frustrating. I feel when the veterinarian explains how a symptom is related to an existing condition that has been diagnosed there should be no further question.
