Usually I am happy with the process. This time our claim was denied and twice my veterinarian had to contact you to explain the situation. I called and also explained and it was quite frustrating. I feel when the veterinarian explains how a symptom is related to an existing condition that has been diagnosed there should be no further question.

I will be 100% recommending trupanion to all my pet owning friends and will forever have them for my animals. Also, I would like to submit the highest of compliments to Ahravia Ha'mim. She was the Member Experience Specialist who handled my call. She was kind, when I needed it. Patient with me in my stress and worries. She explained, repeated herself without being frustrated and showed genuine concern for my dog after he was attacked. She got through my shock and help acted more than professional. I can't speak highly enough about how much her assistance and humanity means to my family. If your other employees are anything like her, than you have AMAZING people.
