Claim processing time is variable
Claim processing time is variable - some are processed quickly and some are not. The coverage is good. Customer service is very difficult to reach and many things cannot be handled online such as cancelling a policy following a pet's death. Then you have to wait on hold for over 30 minutes to get in touch with someone to explain that your dog died.

The representative was warm friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to my request and immediately confirmed that the invoices had gone through. Fetch has been a wonderful company to work with these past 6 years. I highly recommend them for all your fur babies!
