Quick response and reimbursement of appropriatecharges
Lab insured by you since he was a puppy (now almost 8). Fair reimbursement, completed in a timely manner. It is very nice peace of mind.

Highly recommend - easy to use & great experience!
We've had to submit almost 10 claims in the past 2 months due to a few emergencies with our 6 month old puppy. Submitting claims has been so easy and Nationwide is quick to send through reimbursements for our appointments. We've had a great experience and would highly recommend!

Trupanion makes it so easy to submit a claim, provides status updates on a timely basis and truly cares for my pup!
Our dog has had surgery for the past two years and the easiest, stress free part of the whole process was issuing a claim through Trupanion. They made it so easy and provided updates throughout that it was one less thing I had to worry about! I love that they address my dog by name in the emails and always say to “give her extra love” from the trupanion team!

Best thing ever!
I I love having this insurance. It provides me with a complete peace of mind. I use to worry when my pets got sick and the costs associated but now I know that I’m in good hands with Nationwide and most of my costs are covered. They do a great job of processing claims very quickly and customer service is top notch.

Insurance company did everything I expected and more
I was unsure how to file my first claim so I called customer service and spoke to a very helpful woman who walked me through the entire process. It absolutely couldn’t have been easier. In about a week, or less, I received a direct deposit reimbursement for my eligible claim amount. I’m so glad I bought this insurance as recommended by a friend. I’ve also recommended it to others.

This was the first year that pet insurance was offered through my company. I decided to purchase it for both of my kittens (both under a year in January when the policy started). Lola ended up needing an FHO procedure to repair a broken leg bone 3 weeks ago. I was so upset that she got hurt, but Urgent Vet of Fort Mill and CARE (Charlotte Animal Referral and Emergency) were wonderful and took such good care of her. She is doing awesome 3 weeks post surgery. I filed the claims on the vitusvet app, very easy! I received notification a few days later on the claims and received my check in about a week for the covered procedures. Thank you for making it so easy during the stressful time of caring for (and worrying about) an injured pet. I would highly recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance and will be renewing my policy going foward.
