Peace of mind during difficult situation
It is so easy and such a huge relief to know you guys have us covered! I tell everyone i know that if they don't already have Trupanion that they should get it ASAP!! The worst thing i could think of is having to make a medical decision for one of our fur family based on our financial needs at the time! Knowing I will never have to make that decision is priceless!

Excellent customer service! Sarah had a warm, friendly voice. She really cared about our chocolate Labrador calked Carolina. I had Sarah on speaker and when she wished Carolina well, Carolina got up and gave my mobile a big kiss, which illustrates how wonderful Sarah truly is indeed!
