My Pet's Chronic Condition
Although I am still paying down my deductible, Trupanion has kept track of my claims, applies my appropriate bill item amount to the deductible and presents me with a new deductible amount as the total goes down. I have been pleased with the process so far and appreciate Trupanion's compassion for my pet's chronic issue. Janet Metzger

Stress free!!
I have always loved how easy it is to use Trupanion when I have to file a claim. This experience was no different. My dog had to have a lump checked and after his primary referred him to a specialist we knew he had to have it removed. Luckily it was benign and the process was quick. I love that you can also get paid via direct deposit. Definitely helps pay the bills faster.

Trupanion is a great pet insurance company. I luckily have not had to use my coverage often but every time I have needed help or had question, the staff is great! Easy to talk to, straight to the point and extremely helpful. Graham helped me out recently when my dog tore his CCL and it made the whole process so much less stressful!
