Felt 100% scammed.
You took both my downpayment and premium and then didn’t officially insure me until 12 days later. All the while knowing the first visit for a new puppy is THE MOST EXPENSIVE. I already wrote to the commissioner. I feel like this has happened to quite a few people and could be actionable. I’m very disappointed in this company at the moment.

Nationwide is a LIFESAVER!!!!
Bear has definitely been a handful! This insurance has been a lifesaver for us as we ventured through her puppy stages. She has had some tummy troubles over the years as well, which means multiple trips to the vet and even an ER visit. Nationwide claims app is so easy to navigate. It is convenient and the turn around time from start to payment is fast! Thanks for helping us get the best care for our fur baby!

Worth Every Penny
At first, I was hesitant to get an insurance for our fur baby however; everytime i get the bill from the vet I'm so glad that I did. Now I don't worry if we need to bring her to emergency or even just a wellness check up especially in times like this. It's really worth every penny and I would definitely recommend this to every pet owners. Not to mention that you can easily file a claim online. Great service all the time.
