Great Customer Service with Fast and Easy Claim Resolution
What I like about Embrace is that I was able to customize the policy terms to suit my needs and come up with a price that is affordable. Sending in claims is always easy and since I opted for direct deposit of my reimbursements, there is an even quicker turn around time to receive my money. Payments are also easily deducted from my checking account on a monthly basis so there is no monthly check to write. I checked into many other companies when I decided to purchase pet insurance, so I did my homework. My daughter also purchased Embrace for her dog upon my recommendation. Customer service individuals have always been pleasant and helpful when I have needed to speak to someone. I like their informative e-mails, offering pet information covering all aspects of pet issues to keep you informed.

Great Service and Did Right By My Stella
Nationwide has provided great service for my dog Stella. Claims are easy to file and the customer service is kind and understanding. They also make every effort to cover what they can under your policy, which is refreshing. Other insurance companies, both dog and human, should learn from that example.

Great plan, friendly people
The plan itself covers a lot more than some other companies do. I did some research and of the 10 or so sites I saw, this one was truly the best. The lady I spoke with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.It took less than 5 minutes to set everything up and then she was patient and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed like many other call center businesses can be. All things equal, at this point, I plan on staying with them for a good long time.
