Easy, Lightning Fast, and Compassionate Reimbursement from Healthy Paws!
Incredible experience! They processed my claim in TWO DAYS and were so caring and compassionate in their communication. Submitting a claim was as easy as uploading two medical records. It took less than five minutes. Details: My beagle mix was attacked during a walk by an unleashed dog. It was horrific, his back leg got mauled, he lost a tooth in the scrap, and the bill came out to just under $2000. I submitted my claim, and within TWO DAYS, Healthy Paws had reviewed my claim and informed me that a check for 80% (minus the $250 yearly deductible) was on its way. I almost cried, the dog attack was so awful and the claim process was so easy. I just uploaded the vet invoice, and the medical info sheet, and while this was not necessary, I included pictures of the wounds. The site was very easy to use and I had no problems uploading the attachments. A week later, I received a message from a representative asking how my beagle-mix was doing. My check arrived very quickly. I recommend this company to everyone!
