Excellent care and service! The staff REALLY makes the difference!! Bethany was ABSOLUTELY wonderful!! Such a pleasure to speak with her recently. Everyone I have had to speak with, especially the MOST difficult situation when my "baby" was diagnosed with cancer after being misdiagnosed by our local vet, has been fantastic! I knew something was right but they wouldn't listen to me, even though I am a certified critical nurse, in the people world! VERY frustrating to say the least and emotional but your staff was wonderful - caring, compassionate, and empathetic throughout our conversations!!

Positive experiences with service and a claim. Our dog broke her leg. We had three choices, amputate, have her destroyed or have expensive surgery. The insurance made an operation possible. Full recovery! Back to normal.

Fantastic claims experience.
Our 12 year old dog recently got quite ill. Our vet took great care of her and dealt directly with Trupanion for the costs. We were kept informed through emails of the status of the claim and Trupanion processed it expeditiously. Thank you Trupanion for making this whole process so seamless. Best pet insurance ever!!
