Efficient and Compassionate
Our dear pup suffered a root canal recently, and we were very impressed with the ease of submitting and the rapid response to our claim. From emailing the claim receipts to receiving a check took less than one week! We also much appreciated the concern the Healthy Paws staff showed in their follow-up contact to see how Bisou was doing. Compassionate and efficient service!
