The more dishonest company
They are dishonest, they said me that my dogs were covered, but when I put a claim the request me an exams that I should had sent in the first 15 days from the set up of the policy. Nevertheless, they have been taking my money each month.

the staff are very helpful my last 2 client helpers have been there for me every step of the way even though coverage can't occur they are helping navigate a trying situation and show compassion for feather it means alot.

Super easy! The policy is simple and the website answers all of the basic questions regarding the insurance. And calling the help line regarding a question more personalized to my situation was super fast and the employee who helped me was extremely helpful and prompt in answering my questions.
