Best Pet Insurance
We have had several expensive claims and Healthy Paws has been great. Claims are reviewed quickly, the representatives are helpful and courtesy. The reimbursement checks are sent out within one week. I have had other pet insurance, none of them compare to Healthy Paws, I will stay with them forever.

You cannot beat Trupanion for prompt service and caring.
The service is top notch and extremely prompt. Every person I’ve dealt with is kind, caring and professional. The app is so easy to use, taking just a few minutes to enter a claim. Very pleased with Trupanion.

Very disappointed and saddened
Very disappointed and hurt by the lack of support from pets best. As new rescue dog parents- our number 1 priority is always to take the best care and provide the best care to our pup as she navigates her new life. This company does not lead with those same intentions and absolutely does not show much care for your animal at all. Very much about collecting money from pet parents who truly want the best for their dog. Very sad and hurt by our experience with this company. I never leave bad reviews… ever… especially coming from a customer service background. But this experience was absolutely awful.

Healthy Paws is terrific!
My little 9 yr old chihuahua, Millie, has had two very expensive health incidents in the last couple of years and HealthyPaws not only processed my claims within a day or two of submission, but also checked up on her well-being afterwards, They are very reliable and responsive while also providing excellent support and service. I'm happy to recommend them to you without reservation.
