I have had Embrace pet insurance since 2017 on several different pets. Some have passed away and some have been replaced but Embrace has been a saving grace for me and has allowed me to give me babies the best care possible

Timely and Reliable
During the first two years of our dog’s young, active life, he’s had a series of mishaps. Fetch has always paid promptly and reliably. We just adopted a shelter cat, and I’ve had such a great experience with them that I’ve covers him too. They did increase our rate for a year, but then actually just decreased it a bit for our third year.
Pets Best is the Best
My dog tore his dog ACL equivalent and Pets Best covered everything except my deductible and copay. The only thing that delayed one of my reimbursements was Pets Best was waiting for some documents from the vet, otherwise most reimbursement was within a couple of weeks, maybe three. They also covered the second ACL tear in his other leg just 10 months later. I have been really happy with their service.

Filing your claim is easy online. I have received my refunds that exceeded my expectations. The processing takes a little longer than the insurance company I previously had, but I am very happy with Pets Best.
Can't recommend Figo Pet Insurance enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Figo Pet Insurance. Beagle Cherry eye
Our Beagle had irritated cherry eye, Dr. recommended surgery which was done. Filed claim & paid promptly very easy.
Pets plus US easy to deal with so far!
We switched our provider around 6 months ago to Pets Plus Us and recently had to submit a claim. I hadn't realized that I had to possibly send in medical records once we became a client (which I didn't do) but the insurance company requested them directly and our claim was processed quickly and I received a payment in the mail within days. I'm very happy with the service and lack of red tape or any issues from the "small print".
