I had called customer service to find out how my claim was going and found out the vet had emailed info to wrong email , customer service called and got that straightened out and within a week I received my check . Good job!

I put in an appeal after my claims were…
I put in an appeal after my claims were denied. I never received a confirmation it was received or any response at all. I would call into the customer service number and was always told they don’t have any record of my appeal. They gave me the email address which I confirm is where I sent it. after several attempts, they gave me an alternate email to send my appeal and never once received a call back or an email or confirming that they got my appeal. I even asked if I was doing something incorrect. this went on for three months. I gave up!
