I have used nationwide insurance for 2 dogs. They have great coverage. They are quick with answers when i have questions. I have recommended them to friends in the past.

Didn't know there was a $35 admin fee until I saw my bill. I almost cancelled and requested my money back. But, we love our dog and the coverage is great. I really dislike surprise fees.

I was very happy with a claim I made recently through my vet hospital and they were even able to direct bill Trupanion.
I was very happy with a claim I made recently through my vet hospital and they were even able to direct bill Trupanion. My dog was very sick and unfortunately didn’t not make it home. It was a very smooth and easy process to deal with Trupanion. There were no questions in regard to treatment and paid the hospital promptly which would mean I was not $4000 out of pocket. I highly recommend them.

Carlos was fine but I called to see where 4 claims are in process and he told me everyone had the flu and so it would be a while before my claims were even assigned.
