I want to thank Nationwide Pet Insurance for all the assistance in helping me keep my Zeus in good health. He recently went in for surgery ACL Torn, hind leg. He is recovering well and it will take approximately 6 months to be back to hopefully normal use of his leg.

coverage for our babies and the peace on mind we have.
Highly recommend the pet insurance policy that ASPCA offers for your pets. ASPCA has been remarkable for us during our time dealing with an illness that my rat terrier had occurred. ASPCA has been very helpful and understanding in helping get her claims paid quickly. Again I would highly recommend the pet insurance policy for anyone that love their pets as much as we love ours. I must say in closure Thank you again ASPCA

Great and Caring Company
We have been insured with Embrace for approximately 5 years and until recently never had a substantial claim. Although we tried going the conservative way by getting a brace we ended up having to have surgery for a torn ACL. They have taken great care and covered the brace, surgery and physical therapy. My only concern was that once our dog turned 5 (even though we had no claims other than minor things) the rates went up substantially and so we had to reduce our coverage and raise the deductible in order for us to be able to keep her insured, which thankfully, we had during this difficult time.

ASPCA is amazing! Customer service outstanding!
My Cane Corso became very ill and had to have emergency services at the tune of $900 which I was not prepared for but ASPCA stepped in and expedited my claim and reimbursed me an adequate amount after I met my deductible. I was thankful that I not only had this additional coverage but the claims representatives were courteous and compassionate and assured me that they would do their best to process my claim as quickly as possible!

timely response easy to understand coverage
Marco needed urgent bladder surgery to remove stone and postoperative care. Nationwide refunded the cost of the surgery according to my plan in a timely easy to understand manner. They were better to deal with than my own health insurance company!

emergency visit
We had boarded Phoebe when we went out of town at a reputable kennel. She was fully vaccinated, which was also a requirement of the kennel. Five days after we brought her home she developed a violent cough almost like something was lodged in her throat. We took her to our veterinarian and it was diagnosed as kennel cough. It was frightening. She had to be x-rayed to ensure there wasn't something lodged. Nationwide covered almost the entire visit which was wonderful.. I would recommend this insurance for all pet owners

First time processing a claim
This was the first time my pet was seriously ill in 8 years. I was very pleased that all my claims were processed in a timely manner and even though they needed additional information from the hospital, which took some time - they kept me informed throughout the process.
