I have been telling people about Trupanion for over a year now. Trupanion insurance empowers you to choose what happens to your furry family member, when sudden illness or injury occurs. I chose life. To date, Trupanion has covered over $84,000 in medical expanses for my dog. This is not a typing error.

I have been extremely pleased
I have been extremely pleased with the service Trupanion provides. Staff members are not only professional, they really care about customers and pets. When I recently lost my beloved Maltese to lymphoma it was a very stressful and heartbreaking time, but Trupanion responded quickly and with compassion. In a crisis, it is such a blessing not to have to worry about being able to afford the best care...I will never be without Trupanion!

It's the best way to provide unexpected care with minimal fine print to remember. Every time I contacted customer service I feel valued and appreciated. Something as small as saying give Snow White and Cinderella a chin scratch for us speaks volumes. Sure there are tons of companies out now with various plans but I feel just having emergency and illness care works for me as things that are done annually (like exam and vaccines) one can budget for. I appreciate the easy to understand policy and having the ability for my vet to submit it prior to me leaving provides the best service one can get. I will always recommend trupanion to friends and family.

I have been well advised
I have been well advised of inclusions and exclusions of each claim and insurance payments have been promptly paid. The premium for my 13 year old dog may be expensive for seniors but well worth it for the care of my fur companion.
