I don't know what I would have done without Trupanion, I never could have afforded both my dogs ACL surgerys. They never questioned anything even when he had several infections after his first surgery. I never had to fight to get coverage and anytime I did had to call they were always so nice and genuinely concerned about how Dexter was doing. I recommend them to everyone I know who has a pet. And at time in your families life when Trupanion is already so stressed and worried about your pet they take the worry away for the financial part. thank you Trupanion.

Still haven't resolved my claim.
Still haven't resolved my claim. Not an easy process. I feel as though Trupanion was seeking info on my dog that is outside the parameters of people insurance let alone pet insurance ex. Trupanion requested Dr's notes, and my Vet doesn't keep notes on visits.

Trupanion is great
If I'm going to have insurance on my dog, Trupanion is great. My claim experience is fine since you do send a breakdown (like an EOB) which I don t get from my other dogs insurance. Her s is probably going to be cancelled. Both my dogs stay inside almost 24/7. Something to ponder, however I love my dogs. Since I am retired it has become something to think about. Trupanion has been wonderful to call. The people are very professional and helpful. If I recommend a pet insurance it would be Trupanion. Just not much claims going on. Thank heavens.

Trupanion is the greatest
My cat, Myles, has been diagnosed with Pure Red Cell Aplasia along with a few other maladies and must have monthly visits to his veterinarian along with constant blood tests. Trupanion pays right on the spot before I leave the office, easing my financial burden immediately. I was persuaded to sign up for Trupanion when I brought Myles in as a kitten and I'm so glad I took the advise. I tell all my friends, they should get insurance for their pets and Trupanion is the greatest.

Love Trupanion
My dog has better health insurance through Trupanion than I do through Blue Cross. Love, love, love Trupanion and I recommend them to friends, coworkers and family members every chance I get. The direct-pay is much appreciated, as well as the excellent coverage. I wouldn't have my little Brindy today if it wasn't for Trupanion. Can t say enough good things.

Outstanding experience
My experiences with Trupanion have always been outstanding. My dog has allergies and has struggled with symptoms since he was a puppy which comes with some significant vet bills. There has never been an issue with my claims and any questions I've had are answered and explained by a fantastic customer service team. I've been with Trupanion for almost six years and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Beyond impressed and I tell everyone with a new puppy that they need Trupanion. Its clear they care about pets and their owners. No red tape...claims are paid promptly and to the full amount that should be covered. I would very highly recommend. thank you Trupanion!
